Refund policy
Clear, plain-English. No surprises, no fine print games.
- Before the draft is delivered: full refund, no questions asked.
- Brief-fit revisions: if the song doesn't reflect your brief — wrong recipient, wrong language, factual errors, wrong occasion — we revise it free for up to 2 rounds.
- Materially defective delivery that cannot be fixed in 2 revision rounds: refund minus a 20% production fee.
- Subjective dissatisfaction (“I didn't feel it”): not refundable — music is subjective. We offer one courtesy re-generation instead.
- Technical failure (corrupt file, non-delivery beyond the promised SLA): full refund or re-delivery, at your choice.
By clicking “Place order” you expressly consent to production starting immediately and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations reg. 37.

Before raising a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us. Most situations are resolved within 24 hours by direct message.
